This sytem clears the entire roof edge of snow and ice.  High output heating cables are layed in a Fin channel, between reflective insulation boards.  Any sectional metal roof can then be installed over the top of this system.  The system can be installed as far up the roof as desired; typically installed as far up the roof as the depth of the roof overhang (soffit).

Traditional heat trace system installed on top of the roof to prevent ice dams and eliminate frozen gutters and downspouts.  This sytem provides a continuous heated path to allow melted snow and ice to drain off the roof, preventing interior water damage.  We carry the most comprehensive line of controls including thermostats, timers, EPD-type ground fault protection (required by the National Electric Code), and extended circuit conrollers.

Heat Trace Innovations carries the most comprehensive line of heat trace controls in the industry.  Everything from manual switches, timers, thermostats, code required EPD-type groundfault protection, to more sophisticated controls including alarm indication, and extended circuit controls allowing twice the maximum circuit length on a given size circuit breaker. All controls use only U.L. listed or U.L. recognized components. Microprocessor based controls and monitoring systems are also available.

Electric heating cable, connection components, and controls keep your floor, or the entire room, at the comfort level you choose.  Programmable controls allow you to choose the temperature level and ON/OFF times to meet your needs and schedule.

Snow melt mats are designed for residential and commercial applications and can be installed in either concrete or asphalt.  These mats can be used in new or repaving installations.  Our controls allow the system to energize by sensing moisture and temperature, by timer, or manually, and are available with the code required EPD-type ground fault protection.

This system features heat trace, connection components, and controls, to keep pipes and their associated valves, meters, and pumps, from freezing.  Also higher temperature prodcuts to maintain elevated temperatures in piping systems.  Self-regulating, constant watt, and MI (Mineral Insulated for extremely high temperature applications) are available.
